Law360, Wilmington (January 17, 2014, 8:14 PM EST) -- The Chapter 7 trustee for Curt Schilling’s failed video game company on Friday pushed back against the pitching ace’s protest of the bid to share files with Rhode Island officials suing over a $75 million state loan, arguing that company brass haven’t adequately shown the documents should be kept confidential.
