California AG Will Weigh In On LCD Antitrust Case

Law360 (March 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge gave California Attorney General Edmund Brown permission last Wednesday to file an amicus brief in a multidistrict antitrust case over thin film transistor liquid crystal display products, after Brown successfully argued that the court should take his experience in similar cases into account.
