DOJ Wants Customer, Employee Data For Bazaarvoice Fixes

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 5:44 PM EST) -- Bazaarvoice Inc. has agreed to provide the U.S. Department of Justice with more information about its customers, employees and product development to help craft remedies for its consummated merger with former rival PowerReviews Inc., according to court documents filed Friday.
