NLRB Blasts HealthBridge-Run Centers' Ch. 11 Plan

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 10:41 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Monday took aim at the Chapter 11 plan put forth by five HealthBridge Management LLC-managed health care centers, claiming the plan would let third parties elude labor actions brought by the agency.

The NLRB contends that the plan contains numerous provisions that violate the Bankruptcy Code, including non-debtor releases that would prevent the agency from pursuing monetary damages.
