Sen. Schumer Says NYC-Yonkers Trail Project Is Set To Begin

Law360, New York (January 21, 2014, 5:49 PM EST) -- United States Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y., said on Friday that a study relating to a proposed pathway that would link Manhattan and Yonkers by way of a single trail has been completed,  meaning construction and engineering can begin.
