Mass. Illegally Brokered Wind Power Deal, Suit Says

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 2:57 PM EST) -- The town of Barnstable, Mass., and other opponents of a large wind farm filed suit Tuesday in Massachusetts federal court against administrators at the state's Department of Public Utilities, alleging they illegally pressured a utility company to buy power from a controversial wind farm project.
