EEOC Sues Genesis For Refusing To Hire Deaf Worker

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 3:55 PM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has slapped Genesis HealthCare LLC with a lawsuit claiming that a New Jersey nursing facility the company owns refused to hire an applicant for its food service department because he was deaf, the agency announced Wednesday.
