9th Circ. Won't Revisit Calif. Carbon Fuel Standard

Law360, New York (January 22, 2014, 10:09 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Wednesday refused to reconsider its narrow decision backing California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard aimed at dramatically reducing greenhouse gas emissions, a ruling that trade associations and energy lobbyists argued directly conflicts with U.S. Supreme Court precedent.
