Wells Fargo, Accounting Firm Settle $20M Malpractice Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 22, 2014, 6:09 PM EST) -- A Missouri federal judge on Wednesday approved a settlement between Wells Fargo Bank NA and accounting firm Worley Stroud & Associates PC in a $20 million professional negligence lawsuit against the firm.

U.S. District Judge Greg Kays approved the parties' Jan. 10 request to dismiss the case with prejudice and ordered each party to bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. Details on the settlement were not disclosed.
