Pa. Gov. Wants Decision To Nix State Voter ID Law Revisited

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 6:04 PM EST) -- Gov. Tom Corbett will ask a Pennsylvania court to reconsider a decision striking down the state's controversial voter identification law, his office confirmed Thursday.

The governor’s office plans to file a post-trial motion asking the judge to reconsider his Jan. 17 ruling by Monday, the last day to file the document, according to Joshua Maus, press secretary for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
