Houston Must Face Claims In $3M Drainage Fee Battle

Law360, Houston (January 23, 2014, 4:43 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court said Thursday that the City of Houston must face a suit brought by apartment complexes and railway companies including BNSF Railway Co. and Union Pacific Railroad Co. that claim they are being unfairly forced to pay a municipal drainage fee.
