Miami Hotel Fights Lufthansa Over Indemnity Provision

Law360, Miami (January 23, 2014, 7:37 PM EST) -- A Miami Beach hotel on Thursday told a Florida appeals court that a trial court misapplied its agreement with Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft Inc. by ruling that the hotel had to pay for the airline's costs in a suit brought by a hotel guest, who was injured by a Lufthansa flight attendant.
