NLRB Judge Faults Developer For Yanking Union Signs

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 4:12 PM EST) -- A National Labor Relations Board judge said last week that Post Brothers Commercial Real Estate LLC violated labor law when it removed signs critical of the company that a union placed on public property, a ruling that comes against the backdrop of a broader battle between the developer and Philadelphia unions. 

Administrative Law Judge Joel Biblowitz sided with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 98 on Jan. 17, ruling that the union's actions in placing the lawn signs, which said “do not rent here”...
