RBS Citizens Agrees To $3M Deal In Loan Officer OT Fight

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 8:22 PM EST) -- RBS Citizens NA has struck a $3 million deal to resolve a class action accusing the company of misclassifying mortgage loan officers as exempt from state and federal overtime pay requirements, the plaintiffs said Thursday in a Rhode Island federal court filing.
