Sentinel Needn't Defend StrikeForce In Infringement Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2014, 6:43 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge entered a judgment Thursday declaring that Sentinel Insurance Co. Ltd. does not have to defend StrikeForce Technologies Inc. in an infringement suit with Authentify Patent Co. LLC, which alleges violations of its out-of-band authentication system patent.
