Texas Rolls Out New Rules For ACA Insurance Navigators

Law360, Houston (January 24, 2014, 6:52 PM EST) -- Texas on Tuesday issued final rules aimed at regulating public-assistance navigators under the Affordable Care Act in the face of criticism by high-ranking state Democrats who say the measures are aimed at undermining the health care legislation.
