9th Circ. Ruling Won't Be Enough To Stop Arctic Drilling

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 7:54 PM EST) -- A recent Ninth Circuit ruling rejecting a federal environmental analysis of Arctic drilling has been hailed by green groups as reason to halt energy extraction off the Alaskan coast, but attorneys say the decision is too narrow to stop oil and gas activities from moving forward in the resource-rich region.
