WTO Sets Panels In US Trade Rows With Mexico, S. Korea

Law360, New York (January 24, 2014, 4:03 PM EST) -- A pair of U.S. trade disputes plowed ahead on Wednesday as the World Trade Organization set up two panels to weigh a complaint from South Korea over U.S. tariffs on washing machines and to determine whether the U.S. has complied with an adverse ruling over its tuna labeling rules in a spat with Mexico.
