Highland GC Says Ex-Exec Shared Sensitive Info To Hurt Biz

Law360, Dallas (January 24, 2014, 8:30 PM EST) -- Highland Capital Management LP’s general counsel testified Friday in Texas state court that the hedge fund was forced to take action against its former head of private equity after confirming he’d been contacting Highland clients and disclosing information from confidential firm documents.
