Pa. Justices To Hear $95M Radiation Injury Coverage Appeal

By Matt Fair (January 24, 2014, 5:17 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said Friday it would hear arguments over a ruling that vacated a $95 million judgment in a radiation injury coverage row against American Nuclear Insurers and set a new standard governing disputes when insurers retain their right to deny coverage while defending claims.
