Lufthansa IP Discovery Bid Rightly Dismissed, 2nd Circ. Says

Law360, Los Angeles (January 24, 2014, 8:39 PM EST) -- The Second Circuit on Friday affirmed a New York federal court's finding that Lufthansa Technik AG's application seeking discovery from Astronics Corp. for use in a German patent infringement suit was duplicative of an identical application in Washington state, saying the lower court properly exercised its power to dismiss duplicative litigation.
