Neiman Marcus Data Breach Took Months To Discover

Law360, New York (February 4, 2014, 6:44 PM EST) -- Neiman Marcus Group Ltd. and Target Corp. executives on Tuesday provided more details about recent data breaches, telling a Senate committee that the Neiman incident took months to detect and that the Target breach was discovered by the U.S. Department of Justice.
