FCPA Revolving Door Spins Again As MoFo Hires DOJ Head

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 7:14 PM EST) -- In joining Morrison & Foerster LLP on Monday, Charles Duross, the head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit, followed a long line of top FCPA prosecutors who have switched uniforms.

Duross will head MoFo's global anti-corruption practice beginning Feb. 17, the firm announced. He served as assistant chief of the FCPA unit between October 2008 and April 2010, and then served nearly four years as deputy chief.
