J&J Urges FDA Deference In Baby Wash False Ad Action

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 3:07 PM EST) -- Johnson & Johnson on Friday sought the dismissal of a federal class action claiming the company's Aveeno brand baby wash formula is falsely advertised as “natural,” arguing that cosmetic labeling is the exclusive bailiwick of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
