LA Wants 9th Circ. Stormwater Liability Ruling Reversed

Law360, New York (January 27, 2014, 6:00 PM EST) -- The Los Angeles County Flood Control District asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday to overturn a Ninth Circuit ruling that the agency is liable for water permit violations even though pollution discharges can’t be directly linked to the agency.
