Dispute Over $170M Miami Tower Takes Personal Turn

Law360, Miami (January 27, 2014, 5:58 PM EST) -- The seller of property for BrickellHouse, a condominium tower rising in Downtown Miami, fired the latest salvo in an ongoing dispute surrounding the $170 million project, suing the developers in state court Friday for money he said is owed him personally for work on the building.
