DOD Advances $6B Deal To Sell, Lease Choppers To Iraq

Law360, Los Angeles (January 27, 2014, 10:19 PM EST) -- The Obama administration on Monday notified Congress of its plans to sell and lease attack helicopters to Iraq in agreements worth more than $6 billion, after the head of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee reportedly dropped his objections to the deals.
