Insurers Can't Use Law Firm Docs From TransCanada Slip-Up

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 4:26 PM EST) -- A New York judge has ordered four insurers to return records that a TransCanada subsidiary inadvertently handed over, including an email containing Anderson Kill PC's legal analysis of a $70 million coverage fight over a lengthy shutdown at a power plant, according to a decision posted Monday.
