Whirlpool Walks Away From ITC Refigerator Duty Row

Law360, New York (January 28, 2014, 4:13 PM EST) -- Whirlpool Corp. said Tuesday it will drop a challenge to the U.S. International Trade Commission's analysis of whether certain Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and LG Electronics Inc. refrigerator imports harmed U.S. producers, despite a recent court ruling partly in Whirlpool's favor.
