U.S. Trustee Slams Weil Gotshal Fees In NYRA Case

Law360 (March 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the Chapter 11 proceedings of the New York Racing Association Inc. has criticized Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP over fees for a second time, calling on a bankruptcy court to withhold 20% of the counsel's bill until the close of the case.
