3rd Circ. Says State AG Can Ax Worker Who Brought Lawsuit

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 2:41 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday affirmed a district court’s ruling that the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General didn’t violate an employee’s First Amendment rights when it fired him after he sued state officials alleging waste and fraud, saying the suit got in the way of the worker's job duties.
