EmblemHealth, NY AG Settle Coverage Terminations

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 12:25 PM EST) -- New York health insurer EmblemHealth Inc. will pay $100,000 and reinstate more than 8,000 members following an investigation into its wrongful termination of young adults eligible for continuation health coverage under their parents' policies, the state's attorney general said Wednesday.
