Ex-Allscripts Audit Chief Accused Of Insider Trading

Law360, New York (January 29, 2014, 4:25 PM EST) -- A former director of Chicago-based Allscripts Healthcare Solutions Inc. is facing federal civil and criminal charges for allegedly using his wife's brokerage account to make insider trades that netted the couple hundreds of thousands of dollars.
