Orrick Should Be DQ'd From Tech IP Case, Judge Told

Law360, Los Angeles (January 29, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- The plaintiff in a breach of contract suit over a failed joint venture involving a mobile computing application asked a California federal judge Wednesday to disqualify and sanction Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as defendants' counsel, saying its lead attorney had access to confidential information.
