Wachovia Subsidiary Hit With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A World Mortgage Co. employee launched a proposed class action Monday, claiming the Wachovia subsidiary's failure to pay certain workers overtime violates both the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
