Dassault Systemes Puts Up $750M For Software Firm

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 5:41 PM EST) -- French 3-D design software company Dassault Systemes will buy San Diego-based scientific software firm Accelrys for about $750 million, the companies said Thursday, in a deal Dassault said is designed to improve the science-based aspects of their product offerings.
