NJ City Can't Shake Vacation Benefits Ruling For Union

Law360, New York (January 30, 2014, 7:07 PM EST) -- A New Jersey appeals court ruled Thursday that the city of Hoboken couldn't dodge vacation time obligations for firefighters who accrued those hours before an administrative decision that a state law limiting vacation practices for public employees trumped more generous terms under the firefighters' contract.
