Chevron Blasts Donziger's Motion To Dismiss RICO Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 30, 2014, 10:49 PM EST) -- Chevron Corp. on Thursday said it has standing to pursue injunctive relief against attorney Steven Donziger and others the energy giant claims engineered a $9.5 billion Ecuadorian pollution judgment against it through fraud, decrying as "nonsense" Donziger's motion to dismiss its racketeering suit.
