Obama Taps FERC Enforcement Chief To Lead Commission

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 12:26 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama on Thursday nominated Norman Bay, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's top cop, to serve as the commission's next chairman, nearly four months after his previous pick, former Colorado utility regulator Ron Binz, withdrew amid staunch Republican and coal industry opposition.
