Rail Co. Trustee Targets Oil Owner Over Deadly Derailment

Law360, New York (January 31, 2014, 2:20 PM EST) -- Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway Ltd.'s Chapter 11 trustee on Thursday sued the owner of the crude oil the company's train was carrying when a derailment killed 47 people and destroyed part of a Quebec town last summer, alleging the company mislabeled the oil as safe for transport.
