Disgraced Texas County Judge Arrested On NM Fraud Charges

Law360, Houston (January 31, 2014, 5:51 PM EST) -- A disgraced West Texas county judge sentenced to four years in federal prison for taking bribes to steer a $40 million bond refinancing contract to Bear Stearns Cos. Inc. was arrested Friday on charges that he cheated a New Mexico couple in a real estate deal.
