Ex-Calif. IP Partner Can't Ditch Law Firm's Breach Claims

Law360, San Francisco (January 31, 2014, 5:49 PM EST) -- A California judge refused to toss a San Francisco IP firm's cross-claims that a former partner breached his employment contract by misusing the firm's client relationships and equipment to obtain three patents for himself, saying Friday that the law firm backed its allegations with sufficient facts.
