Ex-Armani Exec's Libel Claims Axed In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (January 31, 2014, 8:56 PM EST) -- A New York judge threw out the libel claims made by a former female executive of Georgio Armani Corp. accused of sexual harassment, who said her former assistant at the company was lying and had made the claims only to extort money, according to a decision filed Friday.
