Texas Bar Tells State High Court DA's Office Hid Evidence

Law360, Dallas (February 6, 2014, 9:06 PM EST) -- The State Bar of Texas on Thursday argued that a trial judge essentially wiped out its prosecutorial misconduct investigation in an order that improperly shields a district attorney by blocking the state’s access to a trial transcript from the underlying criminal case.
