Navajo Suit Pushes For EPA Action On Coal Plant

Law360, New York (March 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Navajo Nation and Desert Rock Energy Co. LLC have filed suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, alleging that the agency failed to timely issue an air permit for a coal-fired power plant that Navajo officials say would provide thousands of jobs for their struggling economy.
