9th Circ. Won't Rehear Suit Over Oil Refinery Emissions

Law360, Los Angeles (February 3, 2014, 4:26 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday declined to rehear a suit launched by environmental groups seeking to force Washington state regulators to impose tighter greenhouse gas regulations on oil refineries, finding the groups lacked standing to bring the suit.
