Jury Finds Honda Not Liable In Fatal La. Crash

Law360, Los Angeles (February 3, 2014, 8:32 PM EST) -- A Louisiana jury on Friday found that American Honda Motor Co. Inc. was not liable for the death of a man who was driving a Honda sedan when he was involved in a fatal accident in 2004, rejecting the plaintiffs' contention that the vehicle had a defective seatbelt.
