HealthBridge Can Ignore Union Demands, Judge Says

Law360, New York (February 3, 2014, 7:58 PM EST) -- HealthBridge Management LLC scored a victory on Monday after a New Jersey bankruptcy court granted the company permission to reject expired collective bargaining agreements, ignoring the demands of workers’ unions, which the judge said would likely force five health care centers into liquidation.
