Fla. Panel Passes Tax Incentive To Retain Defense Work

Law360, Miami (February 4, 2014, 8:56 PM EST) -- A bill that would create a tax incentive for defense contractors to award subcontracts to Florida small businesses passed its first vote Tuesday in the state House of Representatives, at a time when the government's planned military drawdown is expected to make the industry more competitive.
