Fla. Agency Upholds Award Of $1B Medicaid Contract

Law360, Miami (February 4, 2014, 6:20 PM EST) -- Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration has moved forward with its award of a $1 billion contract to Prestige Health Choice to provide Medicaid coverage in South Florida, overriding the findings of an administrative law judge who concluded the company did not qualify.
